Who pays the platform fee?
ShortGigs charges a 10% platform fee on successful completion. The fee is taken from the gig budget; creators typically receive about 90% of the gross amount — and the exact split is stated in the contract before anyone commits.
Are there subscription fees?
No — on either side. Brand accounts are $0/month, posting gigs is free, and creators join free with no subscription. You only pay when you hire, and the platform fee applies only to completed work.
How should I set my budget?

What happens if content is not delivered?
If delivery does not meet the agreed brief, brands can raise a dispute. Our team reviews both sides and records an outcome within 3–5 business days.
How fast do creators receive payment?
Your payment is held after checkout and is released to the creator once the delivery is approved. After approval, the creator share is transferred through Stripe Connect, and bank payout follows Stripe's rolling schedule (typically 2–7 business days depending on country).
